This digital portfolio brings together a collection of work that reflects my knowledge, skills, and developing leadership capacity in nursing education. Developed from the perspective of a new nurse education leader engaged in a program self-study for accreditation.

The artifacts included demonstrate leadership in different but connected ways. The SWOT analysis and Venn diagram reflect my ability to examine complex systems, compare standards, and think strategically about quality and accountability. The code of ethics shows my commitment to integrity, fairness, inclusion, and professional responsibility.
